Upon request, we conduct free or low cost educational presentations at assisted living facilities, senior centers, active adult complexes or other similar older adult group venues. We may couple several music, art or imagery genres into our educational presentations to make the learning process fun. Topics may include dealing with mental health concerns, making healthy life choices, stress management, long-term care, caregiver issues, and other relevant subjects.

PeopleWorks-NM is helping to address mental health care and service issues to improve the level of care to the older adults and at-risk residents. We are facilitating the community's Multi-disciplinary Team on mental health care. The team includes members from the Police Department & Senior Services Division, Adult Protective Services, Presbyterian Health Care, and Sandoval County Frail & Elderly.
